The company, with registered head office located in Rialp , Spain, is a corporation that manages the assets of the Catalan Institute of Finance, which includes the Espot and Port-Ainé ski resorts. It has the objective of consolidating the snow activities in the Pallars region and the joint operating of the Espot and Port-Ainé ski resorts, as well as a commercial agreement with Tavascan, which allows for a combined pass so that visitors can go to three different skiing areas, each one with its own identity, and enjoy all the skiing disciplines. The company consists mainly of businessmen from Pallars who are involved in the tourism industry and who, above all, are interested in improving the service of the ski resorts and guaranteeing their economic viability. It was incorporated in 2008.
